When I came to High Focus I was in the highest anxiety state of my life, during my time here I have met some incredible people in group, fantastic holistic providers and had great insight from therapists especially Mark and Sydney. Sydney is my assigned therapist and has had a hand in forever making my life better. She works endlessly to make sure I am heard, comfortable and advocated for constantly.
