I highly recommend Rehab 2 Perform for physical therapy. I started seeing Morgan Plaza starting at week 36 of my pregnancy for SI joint related pain and for pelvic floor preparation for labor. Morgan is extremely knowledgeable about pregnancy-related changes in the body, and how to address them. The stretches and exercises she gave me helped with my back pain and made me feel stronger. This has been best clinical physical therapy location I have ever been too. They actually have help me strengthen my muscles on my weaker side. I have been going to therapy for 30 years that says a lot.
Great job by Dr. Rich and team to understand both my issues and my performance goals and structure therapy for both. Their solutions and support are both thoughtful and effective. My recovery was floundering for about 8 weeks prior to PT and I almost immediately started to notice results.
The most knowledgeable Physical Therapists I have met. They provide great care that goes above and beyond typical PT clinics! Highly recommend!
I spent more than a year with R2P and they were absolutely fantastic. Parking is super easy, the front desk is very attentive and it’s very easy to see availability of the therapists online and schedule. I worked primarily with Joe, and his care was exceptionally detailed, helping me regain proper strength and range of motion with my knee. His patience and professionalism is top tier, and I would highly recommend this therapist and location!
