It was fun coming to an actual Regymen studio. Great workout, awesome staff. Will definitely come back when I'm in town.
Each class is displayed on a screen and there is a Coach to explains it and keep you motivated. Every one is kinda in their own zone, music is loud and just black lights on. Everyone sanitizes the equipment after each work out. Coaches are all super nice.
I love coming to Regymen! The variety of classes and flexible schedule make it easy to stay consistent, no matter how busy I am. On hectic days, I can still fit in a quick and effective 30-minute BLAST workout. The energy, convenience, and value are totally worth the price!
