This is a great cardio and body workout facility! Its a very nice and pleasant atmosphere for discipline and determination to work yourself into shape or maintain your physique.

The coaches and staff are amazing and the classes are never boring.
Regymen Fitness is the best gym in Macon. Our family enjoys working out weekly there. I lost 40+ lbs in my first 3 months. I highly recommend this gym!
