This gym has really helped me both physically and mentally with improving my health and boosting my confidence. I’ve enjoyed every last second of coming to the classes. Everything is well organized and you’re always encouraged to do your best and always go at your own pace. I love how friendly everyone is, and how the trainers always make sure to help. As well as give suggestions if you’re struggling with a workout. Very nice place to start somewhere small if you’re not keen at big gym settings.
