Really really enjoy these classes. It’s so great to come in and not have to think about the workout - just follow the coach! They’re always super motivating and have great modifications if there is any movement I can’t do.
Regymen is a life saver-literally! The early classes are perfect for my busy life as a mom of 4 great kiddos and a demanding full time job in healthcare. Reg helps me maintain the muscle and stamina I need for my demanding schedule. Bonus- its fun, and gets me doing movements I can't do with workouts.
