I worked with Asher, Dabrianah, Eric, and Vicki. I honestly can't decide who was more fabulous to work with! This team is what made me choose Regus and it was the best decision for my business. If you are still deciding on a location for your business, choose this one! Their contracts are fair and easy to understand. The customer service is the best that I have ever experienced and I am happy to be a part of the family!
I visit many of my clients through the Triad/Traingle area located in Regus offices, and hands down, the staff at this location is the most condescending and rude group I have come across! I also witnessed them being rude to another guest as well. Remember - they are the “face” your clients see!
We have been forced to do draconian ID verifications and subjected to pretty much non-stop harassment from Regus since we signed up. Be sure to take a look at their F rating on BBB. To say we strongly recommend against building your business in this locations is a serious understatement. Asher Warg and Adam Casey have clearly targeted us, and we received no support from corporate. I've tried several times now to lease a space and have been met with no reply. They clearly do not value small businesses looking to relocate to the area. EDIT: Someone reached out and picked up the ball.
