what a horrible environment this place became. I have been paying this location since 2022. In the past 1 year we have been having issue with the poor quality and profesionality of the staff. Today it was the cherry on top. I was in my office, I told them that I have a client that was coming to see me and for her to let me know. Client calss, saying that she has been waiting for a long time.
