We were told our company, DVC Resale Experts, would get X services for Y price, and then after being with them for a couple of years, the staff changed, and apparently we weren't entitled to the services we were promised. I requested to cancel and the request was granted. I was told there was another bill due, and that was paid. I initially gave them a 1 star review due to a bait and switch with what services I was promised for the plan I agreed to, then when staff turned over, I was on a plan that did not provide the services I needed. I requested to cancel the contract that had recently renewed and it nearly took an act of congress to cancel the contract. They agreed to cancel the contract, so I changed my review. Well, it's been months and I keep receiving billing attempts and collection threats. DON'T do business with Regus. They're like the maf... read more
