I initially gave them a 1 star review due to a bait and switch with what services I was promised for the plan I agreed to, then when staff turned over, I was on a plan that did not provide the services I needed. I requested to cancel the contract that had recently renewed and it nearly took an act of congress to cancel the contract. They agreed to cancel the contract, so I changed my review. what a horrible environment this place became. I have been paying this location since 2022. In the past 1 year we have been having issue with the poor quality and profesionality of the staff. Today it was the cherry on top. I was in my office, I told them that I have a client that was coming to see me and for her to let me know. Client calss, saying that she has been waiting for a long time.
