I set up a virtual office. Realised I didn’t need it the same day and e-mailed them to cancel. They didn’t respond until December 12th saying we can’t cancel. Yet I will never use the services. They have taken two payments for over £500. And now are threatening a law suit. Imagine the stress for something you have never accessed or will ever use. Please look at We work or other companies.
