Really disappointing customer service. We’ve been a loyal customer for a long time. A $44 late fee was charged because a card declined while we were switching to a new card for a new business—something that happens and was easy to explain. Even after reaching out right away and having a solid payment history, Regus refused to waive the fee. This is not the first time Regus has demonstrated cold, inflexible customer service practices, which makes this even more frustrating.
