I really love this location for a few reasons, they treat my customers with respect and kindness and are very helpful when I have any questions. been with this location for years and plan on staying more :) Especially a shout out to the front receptionists Alina and Alex! They are always polite and helpful!
We have been here for three years. It's been amazing! We see about 40 clients per week, and the daily interaction with staff is very professional. They respond very quickly to clients requests and are very friendly. Excellent attitude and customer service. We will be extending our lease contract every year!!
Regus makes it very convenient for me to run my business. The front office staff provide superior receptionist services. The staff are always friendly, professional, and helpful. My clients have reported that they feel very welcomed and safe in such a clean and quiet business environment.
I paid for mail forwarding service but received absolutely no service at all — only invoices. No mail was forwarded, and my emails to the center were ignored with no response or resolution. This is not a delay issue — the service was simply never provided. It is unacceptable to charge customers while failing to deliver the basic service promised. Businesses depend on reliable mail handling, and this location failed completely. I cannot recommend this center.
