Terrible customer service; center staff disregards policy, fails to deliver services as agreed, fails to communicate, refuses to act on help requests. Corporate offers little to no recourse. All they can be relied upon to do is bill you. Regus never re-instituted their service levels after Covid cutbacks and the experience has gone to hell in a handbasket.

Do NOT use them. They will add services to your account, bill you, and continue to bill you after you canceled your account. I canceled my account on March 31 and received an email confirmation and I am continuing to get billed and now collections. This is a shady company. They welcome you with open arms but good luck trying to cancel.

Very strict policy regarding meeting with clients in open office reception area. I will not return to this office if I need to meet with client even if it is just to drop off paperwork. Plenty of restaurants nearby this location to buy a drink and do this. I am a member at another center and find this policy unacceptable for my needs. Disappointing surprise.

Office was great. Staff was helpful. Did NOT like being told that my client could not work in the open front office area because he needed an interpreter. The receptionists and other office workers make at least as much noise as my client/interpreter combo by talking on the front office phone, chatting with one another over coffee or lunch, talking with one another as they walk down the hall, working as a group or on the speakerphone with their office doors wide open or having long, loud conversations on their cellphones out... read more
