I paid for mail forwarding service but received absolutely no service at all — only invoices. No mail was forwarded, and my emails to the center were ignored with no response or resolution. This is not a delay issue — the service was simply never provided. It is unacceptable to charge customers while failing to deliver the basic service promised. Businesses depend on reliable mail handling, and this location failed completely. I cannot recommend this center.

Extremely poor customer service and unprofessional communication. I contacted Regus multiple times by email regarding billing issues and received no response. After submitting a support ticket through their system, the only email I received was a marketing/promotional message, not an actual response to my complaint. Despite this, I am now being asked to pay a large amount within a very short period of time, while my billing issues remain unresolved. Terrible customer service; center staff disregards policy, fails to deliver services as agreed, fails to communicate, refuses to act on help requests. Corporate offers little to no recourse. All they can be relied upon to do is bill you. Regus never re-instituted their service levels after Covid cutbacks and the experience has gone to hell in a handbasket.

Do NOT use them. They will add services to your account, bill you, and continue to bill you after you canceled your account. I canceled my account on March 31 and received an email confirmation and I am continuing to get billed and now collections. This is a shady company. They welcome you with open arms but good luck trying to cancel.
