Worse than the cable company. This place is ridiculous. Needed an office space during COVID. Completely inflexible, unable to access sites. Tried to cancel after a year. Save yourself the trouble and go WeWork Update in response to their comment: I've tried (unsuccessfully) to "raise a case" with their online toolset for 6 months. All of the emails are sent via "unmonitored" links. They want it in their system so you don't have a record. The online agents "don't have access to that" or "don't have responsibility". Do not rent from this company if you don't want to be ripped off. I struggled when I first rented to get moved in because their maintenance folk were out of town and they knew it but still said I could move in, yet they needed maintenance to get the key cards working right. I ended up driving all the way out to the building and couldn't get in. They failed to tell me that they were working on my office and I ended up missing deals with a few customers because I had to cancel meetings for that day. They tell you it's a 24/7 o... read more

Very nice building, but only 2 slow elevators and is a little small compared to the huge location. Clean and well presented.

I had used Regus previously. However this time I had to cancel my booking due to an overlapping commitment I was not allowed a refund. I cannot even use the funds as a credit for a future booking. I am not intending to use Regus again.
