Awesome business. Always so helpful. Great customer service
This business charges exorbitant fees and has inconsistent billing unapologetically with inadequate correction to mistakes they have made. While trying to sort out billing inconsistencies, they charge late fees. The restoration fee was billed one month before departure and is applied regardless of the condition the office is left. The office climate control is intolerable. The blinds were broken. The restrooms smelled horrid most of the time.
