I was a customer for 5 years. I hit a financial hardship and got behind on payments. They sent all my mail back, over a month’s worth, with no warning. So much for loyalty.
I’d be wary of renting here. The front desk staff is as accommodating as they can be, and this review is not a reflection of them. That being said, a lot of things seem to be out of their control and due to a careless property owner. Restrooms are always broken, leaving you no where to use a bathroom facility during your work day and having to leave the property to use a restroom elsewhere- this is inconvenient in many ways, but especially to my productivity.
