Deceptive practices! Horrible ppl. The representative lied to my face about the security deposit. Which is fine I ate that. Then said “we couldn’t charge your card so we have to add a late fee” ate that but come to find out they charged the card they “couldn’t charge” the late fee automatically. So I brought it up she said she’ll fix it ….then did it again. They are doing it on purpose to charge you extra and get a late fee.
The team at Regus is great.
Don't let the nice building and location fool you. Be smart, look at fees, and look at reviews and the date of those reviews.
03/13/24 After more than a dozen emails, I still can't get Regus to close my account, even though I paid their own attorney's, they need proof of payment. I have ben pleading with them to close my account: They still keep sending me failures to make payment message on an account I just paid in full. So normally I’m a WeWork person, but I found out that my company pays for a corporate account with Regus, so I figured I’d give it a shot. My company was billed $62 for the day for coworking space, which is insanely high to begin with, but then when I get there, I am escorted to my workspace, which turns out to be a windowless room.
