Don't sign up for their services -- they have the WORST customer service. The will refuse to port your business phone number if you wish to keep it, and they DO NOT help you show up on Google Maps. It was a complete waist of money for their Virtual Office services!
This place is an absolute scam, I wish I’d read these reviews before signing up. Started on $57pm for a virtual office, which is already high for doing absolutely nothing, it’s now at $100pm, I didn’t agree to price increase or renewal and I have sent multiple complaints about this, all met with robotic copy & paste responses refusing to let me out of the contract, even months before the contract was due to begin. Deceptive practices! Horrible ppl. The representative lied to my face about the security deposit. Which is fine I ate that. Then said “we couldn’t charge your card so we have to add a late fee” ate that but come to find out they charged the card they “couldn’t charge” the late fee automatically. So I brought it up she said she’ll fix it ….then did it again. They are doing it on purpose to charge you extra and get a late fee.
