There's "no guarantee" for day offices and there are NONE available at the moment at the New Tampa site. I'm told all offices have been rented. I am unable to reserve any office as a drop in or in an as needed basis until Aug or Sept. I am quite disappointed and find it rather unprofessional the service I have been using for over 4 years is no longer a "guarantee" nor available to me or for maintaining continuity with my clients. Sincerely do not trust Regus. First of all I inquired about a specific office and was led to believe Regus had it. That was false. After signing the agreement I realized it was incorrect and a couple hours later requested a cancelation and refund. They refused stating they couldn't refund me. I had to pay a deposit, first month's rent and then the following months rent all in the same month for an office I could never use. Not to mention the free coffee bar etc...is NOT free.
