This is by far one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I was in this office for two years when they increased my rent by 50% (and they send you the notice the week of Christmas, when no one is working). They then give you 24 hours to respond. After deciding to terminate my lease because they charge well above what current market rates are, I am still waiting to recieve my security deposit and they continue to bill me unscrupulously. I am posting this as a last resort to warn other small businesses. In 2025, my company signed a lease with Regus for an office space in Lutz. All deposits and rent were paid in advance. One week before our scheduled move‑in date, Regus terminated the lease, citing construction delays. To this day, that office still shows as closed online. What followed was months of chaos. I am posting as a last resort to warn others. In 2025, my company signed a lease with Regus for an office space in Lutz. All deposits and rent was paid in advance.
