I have started going back to Regus Ultimo on a short term visit. Regus Ultimo has a nice person called Jo working at the front desk. She makes me welcomed and comfortable in working there. At Regus Ultimo, Jo has provided good cheer and exceptional customer service way above and beyond her duties. Thank you Jo.
Aircon wasn't working, the space was dark and outdated
Would not recommend this company to anyone. Services are below par, upper management will promise you things that they can't deliver and backtrack the moment you show interest in it, rents going up (not just for myself as I've been talking to others who also rent space here) while in general commercial real-estate prices are going down, general unwillingness to do anything about feedback and managers (not the community staff, they are generally lovely) make you know that they don't actually want to engage with you but only d... read more
