I wouldn’t recommend using their services. Most of the time when you try to call the office, they don’t even answer. You basically have to use their web app to book anything, which is annoying. Also, you have to pay for coffee, which is kinda weird. And their web app is honestly really bad. Half the time you try to make a booking, it just throws an error and doesn’t work.
Lack of communication confusing invoices and their accounting department can’t count , trying to charge twice for thing that were paid for and even confirmed to have been paid by other agent that was in their head office they are very pushy and aggressive with their sales tactics and do not keep the agreements they make they will add the cancelled services back on and not notify you that it has to be turned off as it’s auto renew and force you into agreements that you have no signature to they do not respond to any emails I ... read more
