Made an order, was told I would be contacted within 2 business days and that was now 3 weeks ago. Followed up by email and left 2 messages on their phone which rang out multiple times. Started to get desperate to organise a fridge rental and their lack of communication was shocking. Would not recommend and we ended up finding a company who went above and beyond for us within 12 hours of reaching out to them we had our fridge delivered.
Avoid this company for a virtual office. They gave me a sweet deal when I signed up and then each year it ramped up by 10-20% and then 30% after 2021 lockdowns. They have a highly questionable full year renewal lock in which automatically kicks in 4 months before renewal is due, which you can't get out of. I wanted to cancel as there are lots of other companies that do this much cheaper now but I was sick in bed the week the renewal kicked in before I could cancel it.
