Do not lease space from this organisation. My experience with them was frustrating, to say the least. After renting space for six months, they attempted to lock me into an additional term using a hidden auto-renewal clause in their online agreement they keep hidden. Even after settling the issue and receiving a refund, they started pursuing me again for $124 through emails from untraceable senders. Cue the predictable "response from the owners" offering a generic apology and an invitation to chat...
Really ordinary experience with this venue and company. Their sales team are pushy and disorganised, they will hound you forever, and frankly the office space isn’t that great. Would not recommend.
why give a local number to talk to someone when that someone directs you to download the app and book. very un helpful. I just want a meeting room for 2 hours. I donwloaded the app, it allowed me to book a room at 7pm until 8pm, luckily i didnt pay as i was just told by the front desk that they dont offer out of hours access! why have it as an option on the app!!
Fariar was great at the front desk - very helpful and attentive. Highly recommend this serviced office!
