Awful management of buildings and offices. They're terrible to communicate with and honestly, compared to other options they aren't worth it. Look elsewhere and use any other company.
Avoid Regus unless you want to be locked into an an unfair/illegal contract and stuck in an office that has zero pride placed in keeping it clean/comfortable. My office is constantly freezing, making it nearly unusable, and despite repeated complaints, nothing has been done. The kitchen is poorly maintained, with basic cutlery often missing.
