We are extremely disappointed. Every month we get charged twice, and despite sending multiple emails, no one ever replies. Instead, they just keep adding charges and even late payment fees. Totally unacceptable. Please reply our emails and stop ignoring us.

This place desperately need phone call cubicles. I am currently sitting between two men talking loudly on their phones. One of them is pacing as he does that so he's annoying everyone. Yesterday, I was sitting between two people with coughing fits. I had to ask for a mask from the reception, which thankfully was provided.
I inquired about office space and have since then been spammed by calls from many different numbers at least 5 times a day. They continue despite blocking. I have complained and asked to be removed from their data records, and the spamming has increased. Do not use this company.
