Our business operated out of a Regus Space and we left in November. The terms state deposit refund processing takes 30 days after the vacate date. They work fast at charging and setting you up but dont give prompt attention to closing relationships well. Granted we considered extending and staying. Glad we opted out of this and what other tenants have said about how they manage attention to issues with the space you rent, we have confirmed, they dont do a good job at it.
Recently things have changed in the office. The new manager, Elizabeth, was lovely and very helpful. I come here often but just now I’m noticing a positive change. Great job, ladies!
Exceptional service provided by Liz & Elizabeth (the front desk staff). They greet with warm smiles and professionalism. They’re incredibly efficient in handling my inquiries and ensured that I was attended to promptly. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist exceeded my expectations. Overall, their dedication to customer satisfaction truly enhanced my experience. I highly commend the front desk staff for their outstanding service and would not hesitate to recommend this office to others.
Regus Sugarland is an excellent concept of co-working where you can find cultural diversity, excellent workspace. Especially the front desk team Elizabeth is a doer whenever you want to get the things done. Highly recommended if you are doing a startup company and want a professional peers along you.
