Regus, ever since they have gone through a remodel from their C-Suite centric business model to a model more along the lines of "small business" has lost the plot when it comes to their agreements on agreement terms. They have maintained the C-Suite expectations for those terms, such as automatically renewing and multi-month notification for termination of agreements, as well as being inflexible on these terms which is essential for small to medium businesses to be able to do business. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff has been incredible. I have been with Regus for almost 2 years and they have been incredibly attentive to my company’s needs. Tatiana has always provided exceptional service and accommodation and Daylin has as well. Tatiana made a huge difference from the previous staff that was there that has made our stay at Regus more enjoyable.
Amazing! The girls upfront are always super nice, the manager Tatiana is always super nice and has amazing customer service.
