I would never recommend this company to anyone for months I've been trying to cancel service they are crooks they are still billing me I have no access to anything I have called last few months trying to cancel they keep saying they have to keep billing me until the time period ends. And I don't even have access to mail or anything I would never use there service again please do not sign up all they want is your money

I was interested in booking a private room with Regus for an interview. I spoke with an agent on the phone to ask questions. I couldn't book it right then because I didn't know what time the interview would be at. The agent encouraged me to do so anyway because I could get a refund within 5 days of the booking date. And I was told it would be $30/hr. However after booking, I tried to cancel because I didn't need the room 7 days beforehand, but I then received this message. Disappointed with the billing practices. My contract was automatically renewed for an additional month without my explicit approval, and I was charged nearly double my prior rate. I did not agree to a new contract or a price increase. I’m working with support to resolve it, but I strongly recommend others confirm renewal terms and pricing in writing ahead of time to avoid surprise charges.

The room with 4 chairs and what is effectively half of a card table was rented out as a conference room that seats 5-6 for a deposition to an out of town client. The front desk was also very intermittently staffed, with us experiencing repeated instances of large groups gathered waiting for the guy working it to make an appearance.
