Impressed by the decorative pieces
As someone who was a big fan of them for multiple locations, they have always had shady billing (their employees openly admit it). When transferring it was shady, but workable because you stayed with them. Once I left though, they charged me for 3 months that I was not there, the second I refuted it they threatened legal action. Never go with this company.
WARNING!!! They said to contact them and when I did this is literally their reply (see below). This is my property at the storage where they just dumped my belongings into an illegal until. Obviously it wasn't like this when it was picked up or they would've documented it. I can counter EVERY ONE OF THEIR LIES WITH PHOTOS and, more importantly, I've kept EVERY COMMUNICATION. Unreliable service. We can't get our moving packages for two months right now. We have to keep chasing them by ourselves. No any feedback, phone call pick up, block our email and cell phones, it's a long story I can tell. They didn't honor the service contract and leave issues to us. DON'T use their service! Nightmare for sure!!
