I cancelled my Regis account over a year ago because I sold my franchise and business which meant I didn’t have access to my business email anymore to receive any notices from Regis. Well here we are a year later and Regis is stating I owe for 10 or 11 months which is about $500 and $1000 in late fees and I didn’t even know the account was still active. They are unwilling to help out in anyway with this situation at all. I do not recommend using this un-ethical company at all.

I was making the move from TX to MI and signed up for a coworking space at this location as I was told there was availability. They charged my card. Everything was set. However when I got there on Monday, I was told there was no availability and that they didn’t know why the sales team told me there was. Availability was not available until months down the road- which obviously does not help me.
