Very frustrated and disappointing experience with refund of security deposit with Regus. I leased a small office with Regus and was required to pay a two-month security deposit. Before my lease ended, I moved out and submitted a request for the return of my deposit. This service is a scam. They charged my card for different things that are hidden and I’m having to file a small claims case to get my money back. Keep away!

In looking through the reviews, it appears many for this space are either "fake" or irrelevant. This is a company that rents office space, and I am a customer. The sales experience is the equivalent of buying a car. AKA universally unpleasant. I had bad feeling about the experience from the get-go, but I needed an office quickly, so I signed up on August 15th for a 3-month lease.
