The staff at this location is great. However, avoid Regus at all costs due to the lack of response from their corporate teams. I would have understood if they simply told me they couldn't do anything about my membership because I signed a term commitment. However, the lack of response after dozens of emails and phone calls is unprofessional and outright rude. AVOID REGUS!!
This place is great, but the staff is what really sets this place apart. Lupita, Amanda, Taylor and Eric are who makes this place feel so welcoming to have an office here.
The staff here have always been welcoming, they go above and beyond. The location is great, parking is easy and wifi has been reliable.

They scammed my husband while he was trying to start a small business for our family. My husband signed up with Regus Pinnacle Peak to register a small business and build something meaningful for our family. We have three young kids, and this was supposed to be a hopeful first step toward a better future. But instead, Regus scammed him. They gave him a virtual office address that federal agencies like SAM.gov don’t even accept, making it impossible to move forward.
