I rented an office for my business 6 months ago and since the first day, I’ve been dealing with a lack of professionalism and employees choosing to not help and contradicting what others had promised. They added charges for cafe and printing and WiFi service because they said it’s a default to add services you hadn’t requested and it’s up to me to manually remove them (once I find out they are being charged). They scammed my husband while he was trying to start a small business for our family. My husband signed up with Regus Pinnacle Peak to register a small business and build something meaningful for our family. We have three young kids, and this was supposed to be a hopeful first step toward a better future. But instead, Regus scammed him.
