My experience as a tenant at Regus Scottsdale Fashion Square was frustrating from day one. The office I was assigned had no light switch and no thermostat. The fluorescent lights stayed on 24/7, and the temperature was completely inconsistent. It wasn’t a once-in-a-while issue, it was a problem 3 to 4 days a week. After a few months of putting up with it, I started tracking the temperatures because it was affecting my ability to work. The worst co-working office space rental experience in over 30 years of being in business. I had numerous problems with the internet, lack of access to after hour conference space and poor communication with management. I was double billed each month and after numerous exchanges with customer service I had to file a fraud claim to get the fees refunded.
