DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR BUSINESS. I have been a tenant at Regus for over a year now, and I’m writing this review after enduring what can only be described as a shocking display of mismanagement, bad faith, and unethical conduct at Regus Fashion Square (Scottsdale, AZ), under the IWG brand. We relocated from Regus SanTan to Fashion Square in April 2024 because we were led to believe the move would offer better service and a more professional environment, including other reasons. My experience as a tenant at Regus Scottsdale Fashion Square was frustrating from day one. The office I was assigned had no light switch and no thermostat. The fluorescent lights stayed on 24/7, and the temperature was completely inconsistent. It wasn’t a once-in-a-while issue, it was a problem 3 to 4 days a week. After a few months of putting up with it, I started tracking the temperatures because it was affecting my ability to work.
