The account was originally opened by a colleague who unfortunately passed away. After his passing, I contacted the office and met with staff to update the account administrator so that I could manage the contract going forward. Despite this, renewal notices were still sent to the ex-colleague's email address, which meant there was no way for us to receive or respond.
