Regus uses dirty business practices. I have been trying to get my retainer deposit back from them for over 18 months - - FOR A VIRTUAL OFFICE. It is next to impossible to reach anyone who can do anything, all the correspondence goes through the front desk people who can't do anything. Once I did reach someone that can do something, they keep using one excuse after the other for not sending it. I would never use Regus again.
