I recently had an extremely negative experience with Regus at their San Antonio - One Riverwalk Place location. I cannot stress enough how disappointed I am with their services and their overall business practices. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this company. First and foremost, Regus automatically renewed our lease contract without any prior notification.
