I recently had an extremely negative experience with Regus at their San Antonio - One Riverwalk Place location. I cannot stress enough how disappointed I am with their services and their overall business practices. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this company. First and foremost, Regus automatically renewed our lease contract without any prior notification. They claim to have sent an email with an option to opt out, but conveniently failed to follow up or confirm our intentions. This lack of communication is highl... read more
