It is unacceptable to pay a premium fee and not receive notifications when mail arrives, I have another mailbox with another company and they send notifications when mail is received. Additionally, having all reception staff take lunch at the same time results in avoidable service interruptions. I arrived at 1:00 PM and there was a sign displayed that no one was available to assist me, meaning I will need to return at 2:00 PM to access my mail. Very inconvenient.
