Complete scam. Cancelled my service, and they refused to honor the cancellation. In the beginning they will give you a good price and then they will more than double the price and not allow you to cancel. They A/C had issues the entire year and they shut it off at 4:30pm during the week and on weekends, even if it’s a 100 degree day. So the offices become unbearable to sit in after 4:30pm. We’ve been tenants at Regus for about a year now, and our experience has been excellent. Andrea from the Community Team has gone above and beyond to support us. She’s always friendly, professional, and quick to assist with anything we need — whether it’s helping our candidates find the right entrance or making sure our space is running smoothly. We truly appreciate her dedication and all that she does to make our experience at Regus a positive one.

UPDATE - Canceled my service and now they are charging my card past the cancelation end date and they don't answer the phone. Virtual office for mail forwarding. Filled out a 1583 at another Regus location (in person), it was sent to this office, they declined and said I didn't fill it out correctly. Then they refused to help me fill it out correctly then refused to forward mail to a PO Box. They have not refunded my money. Make sure you find a business who knows what they are doing.
