Complete scam. I had a horrible experience with them. I visited this location and had an office at another one of their locations. Cancelled my service, and they refused to honor the cancellation. In the beginning they will give you a good price and then they will more than double the price and not allow you to cancel. They A/C had issues the entire year and they shut it off at 4:30pm during the week and on weekends, even if it’s a 100 degree day. So the offices become unbearable to sit in after 4:30pm. Have you seen how well they keep up the sports courts and the walking paths here? The maintenance crew really does a great job keeping the playground area clean and the grass mowed for everyone. It would be nice if the leash signs were a bit more visible for the dog walkers, but overall the staff keeps this place in top shape.
