Writing reviews isn’t really my thing, but I am so incredibly appalled by the local team here in Reno that I feel it’s my public duty to inform any innocent potential tenants of just how horrific their billing practices are. In August 2025, my office lease ended and I coordinated months in advance to change to a “Membership” program. Generally chill office, it’s quiet, good location, great natural light. It’s weird that the bathrooms require a key. Makes the office space feel more like a gas station.

Horrible service. Staff does not reply to emails and never answers the phone. We went to set up our space only to discover someone was using it. a month in zero reply from Regus to fix the issue.
