Update** - We have been disputing now for 90+ days, cancelled our account 5 months ago and are still being charged. Terrible. Avoid. Been being billed 3x and 4x per month and have been disputing it for over 30 days now. Do not use Regus.

The on site staff is under constant turnover, though there have been some good ones at times. The corporate office auto renewed my lease after I called and wrote them asking to cancel. They never returned either form of contact. Prices are very high and offices very small but I suppose the prestige of a downtown office might make that worth it to some.
