As a Genesis employee, I am having a really positive experience with Regus. We Genesis Technology services have been using the Regus office space more than a year. The office space and facilities are fairly nice. The location of the office is very appealing. I am very pleased with how Regus keeps the office clean and beutiful. Wifi connectivity and house keeping is also good and I really enjoy the food that the cafe serves.
Just rented out an office space at Regus - Green Park. I must say that I’m impressed by the location and more with the with team behind the operations here Ravi & Agnus - these 2 are extremely friendly and super professional. I’m running a cafe here in the building. The experience is brilliant. Managing staff sash and Agnus makes my life easier in every way here. The building maintenance is commendable and the location is beneficial. I would recommend this place anyone wants to hire an office for their needs.
I recently had a bad experience as I was charged twice or more, When issue was raised I was clarified that it is a software error and the technical team went to address it. I have changed my review comments after talking to the staff, he was receptive. I would like to thank Niels (staff at the reception) who listened to me and initiated promptly steps to address the issue. From a facility standpoint, It is good, not so crowded (except a couple of days). The staffs are cooperative.
