I already wrote review about this company before and they told me they will return my one month deposit that was paid first month I did sign in, but then immediately cancelled. So nobody returned my deposit till this day . Beside of it if I would not remind them nobody would bother . Save your time and find different virtual office company . They have so many hidden fees . RENTER BEWARE - Office had no heat, spotty internet, and broken printers despite raising the issues repeatedly. The silent 33% rent hike was the last straw. Don't rent here no matter how good it looks on the surface or cheap it may appear. Just remember that old phrase about lipstick on a pig...

Here's an update for this location, responding to some of the comments made by other reviewers: 1) Nina is the current manager and she is wonderful. She is very helpful and friendly. 2) Forrestal Village has a number of good lunch places now. The food court is nice and there is a great breakfast/lunch place on the Westin Hotel circle. Many fabulous dinner places. 3) It's still difficult to find. I know of no one's GPS able to locate it. My employer had a office here. I have been to other regus locations but this place is worst. The manager (Susan) is very rude and treats customers badly. Some other people also had similar experiences. My company left only after few months hence. I would prefer other locations before this one to avoid unpleasant manager.

I don’t think this place exists. If it does, there is a 99% chance that you will never find it, even if you walk around for 45 minutes like I did. There are no signs in the area explaining where it is (I looked at them all). The Google pin is on top of the Westin Hotel, whose staff did not know where Regus was. Multiple other local businesses had no idea what or where it was.
