If I could give zero stars, I would. I had an office here for about 5 yrs. Over the course of the years, the service got worse. I rode out the end of my lease (7/31/24) and requested my retainer be refunded. Per policy its supposed to be returned "approximately 30 days after lease termination". A month went by, no return of monies. It took two weeks to get a lot of nonsense excuses, run around and was told I'd get email confirming refund on 10/1. I reached out, still nothing. Very attentive
My visit to this location was to Dr. Mandel's ENT office . His office was very clean and up to date. The Doctor's staff was friendly and professional. The complex had plenty of tree covered parking and appears safe.
