Made a reservation, paid for reservation, a girl named Erica from Regis called and said she wouldn't be staying because she had personal things she needed to do and they would not be honoring the reservation. She told me I needed to cancel, and the system would not allow me to because it was within 24 hours. I expressed that to her, and she said she was not going to stay past 530 to honor my reservation I had already paid for.

This building has paper thin walls. The construction of each rooms wall stops just above the drop ceiling. So your neighbors can be heard much more easily. I bid these buildings all of the time, and this is a way to "cheap out" on a new build. In your normal office building, each room is built out to the deck of the underlaying floor.
