The staff you see in person are kind and try to help as best they can. The online support, help desk, IT, or billing are atrocious. The phones will just hang up on you. The it tickets will be cancelled without being resolved, and if you have any issue with the app or billing there is never a real person who can address your issues. The office is well-maintained, and the staff up front are always coming up with ways to make it even better, decorating for holidays, being nice and friendly with clients coming in, greeting the people who maintain offices by name, and remembering personal details and conversations, etc...
The building is kept exceptionally clean. There is plenty of parking.
