I was a tenant with Regus for 4 years . I really loved the space and perks such as having front desk for my business. The biggest frustration I have with Regus is not valuing and honoring contracts and spinning them to work in their favor. Despite signing for a 2 year contract they will still increase your rent yearly due to market price. They could add random fees , no updates , no notice and you would have to pay it or you would gain late fees and it would go towards your retainer at the end . Asked receptionist if they have coworking space; answer was "yes." Online it says the location has coworking space. So I signed up for a multi-day-per-month coworking pass. Then they tell me their coworking spaces are booked until June. So, less than a day after booking my coworking membership, I simply ask to cancel and refund it, as this is the only location that I needed the membership for, and they just say "no--contract says no cancelations"... not at all acknowledging the fact that they said coworking was available and... read more
