We have been here for two years. We decided to not renew due to financial reasons with our business. Regus was unrelenting in trying to get us to renew. In addition they hit us with a $760 cleaning fee ; our office was barely used and less Thant he size of a normal mud room. When we contested the charge the rep was audibly laughing at us. Today Ashley Lewis sent us a certified letter threatening the removal of our “property” left in the office even though we gave them notice. Clean, beautiful and a wonderful helpful staff. I really couldn't ask for more. The kindness of the staff really makes the difference. I'll definitely be back when I need an office space.
Regus is terribly worst. They are saying that ticket to help section can be helpful, but number of people of help section is limited and they are very slow. Ticket is skill for avoiding responsibility.
