I’ve been a tenant at Regus Pasadena for a while, and it’s by far one of the most welcoming Regus locations I’ve visited. Joseline and Sandy consistently provide outstanding hospitality and always greet everyone with a smile, making the office feel professional yet inviting. Their attention to detail and willingness to help truly make a difference. It’s a pleasure coming into the office knowing I’ll be welcomed by such a great team. Highly recommend this location!

Regus is a moneymaking scam. No one there knows how to do anything and their incompetence in business and customer service shines when something is urgent. Even after losing a lawsuit, they still continue to close off communication, create meaningless run around, and have 0 urgency to a legal matter. I would think twice before booking a space at any Regus property as the experience is a nightmare.
