Pretty poorly managed company. Can't get a hold of anyone for office pricing/rates. I walked in and inquired about pricing and the receptionist gave me a telephone number to contact for a team member in accounts receivable. I called the number and the agent on the phone asked me "why are you calling me about pricing" They gave me a general customer service email. Bounced around. Not sure they want business.
They are charging whatever they want do not trust on the contract. And also There is nobody to talk to. Nobody helping you .They email you a nonsense explanation. Anyway. My contract was $136 something monthly. I paid when I signed up with them. after one week they charge me late fee twice even if I paid my whole month. I started with them 7/18/2023. today is 9/1/2023. After using my company address with them , One and a half months I have paid to them $635.
