ABSOLUTE SCAM, AVOID AT ALL COSTS! We have rented space here for 4 years, put up with them added NONSENSE COSTS TO OUR OFFICE, such as billing us for coffee use when we've never touched their coffee machine, only to have them re-up our lease while we were on an intense film shoot (hadn't been to the office for months) and bump our rent by $700/M0NTH. That's a 33% increase. We discovered what they did, told them we didn't want to stay there, and now they are stonewalling us, not returning calls and emails and won't even refun... read more
I've been in this building for 4 years, and Lauren and Rebecca have been outstanding front office staff. They go above and beyond to support each business, paying close attention to details.
