This was my first time visiting this place. There were two staff members present, and neither was busy; in fact, neither even looked my way. I approached a female staff member—who had dyed hair—to ask about the services offered, as I was a first-time visitor. She was extremely unfriendly and ignored all my questions, insisting only that I write down my name and personal details. The staff are very uncooperative and very unfriendly to customers. They are unwilling to answer any questions asked. They act as if it is none of their business whether customers use the service or not.
