I have a virtual address with Regus. They nickel and dime you for any and everything that they can. You pay for a service but they are rigid with their rules. None of their rigid are explained in advanced. It's not until you have signed a 2 year contract do you find out that you have been duped and now you are stuck with them. I have had billing issues with them and initially they were hard to reach. I just wish I knew all of this before I chose them for my business. I am not a happy customer.
